exercising discipline
today i decided i would omit the following from my diet for one week:
chips, cookies, (all junk food), alcohol.
while i continue to exercise, i want to see how my body will feel with the absence of the items above.
please send me some love.

You got it… one week without is nothing though, try it for 30 days if you’re really curious. Good luck!
