  1. yesterday i went to run and the sky opened up on me. today at work, no rain. left work, headed for the trail…it started raining. should i stay, should i go!? i knocked back the seat, listened to the rain and music & reeeeelaxed. 35 minutes later, the rain slowed to a trickle. i hit the trail and layed down a good feeling 3 miles. gotta dig it, so glad i stayed. thought about you and wished you were there!
