a funny thing happened at…
Wednesday, I went in to my massage therapists office. Before we got started, I was standing in the main room (not massage room) and noticed a little book on a table. It’s title was something about “being happy”. I touched it and randomly chose one page from the book. I did not flip the pages, I just turned to one. This is a very important distinction, you know.
The page said, SHOW UP”
Damn, I love that!
Show up for yourself. Show up for those who are important to you. Show up.
In other news, the other day, there was a penny turned face down and i turned it face up and left it there…because that is what you are supposed to do. (if it’s heads up, you can take the penny)
Well, today, the same penny was still there, face up. So, i took it.

thx Angie…i really needed this today! i’ve been showing up for others and not myself! OMG…i totally did the penny thing today in Ojai with Mathew…i turned one over that was face down and left it for someone else to pick up and throw in the fountain nearby! ☮♡☺xo♥xo
